Description:
Plate Type Rubber Bridge Bearing pad is made of multilayer natural rubber and sheet steel after inlay, conglutinate, vulcanization.Plate Type Rubber bridge bearing pad has enough vertical stiffness to support vertical load, and it could deliver the pressure of superstructure to abutment.
PTFE top elastomeric bearing, as its name implies, has a layer of virgin dimpled PTFE bonded to the laminated elastomeric bearing to reduce the sliding resistance and improve the structure's displacements capacity.
Bridges with large spans, continuous spans, simply supported beam, continuous plate structures or large displacements.
Support structures requiring less vertical but more horizontal weight
PTFE bridge bearing applied to building and bridge constructions, is a practical and cost-effective choice for seismic isolation. It is composed of laminated Elastomeric Bearing Pad, top and bottom sealing & connecting plates and lead plug inserted in the middle of the bearing as shown in the following picture.
